Indigenous Centered Land Rematriation

We all begin with the land.

Itsu Circle is committed to bridge building for all Nations. Our support, collaboration, and relationship building is continuously defined by trust and guided by Indigenous centered governance, grounded in a sacred responsibility to our lands.

Itsu (pronounced eet-su) is an Esselen word meaning west, dusk, and evening. Itsu Circle weaves together opportunities for everyone to participate in land stewardship and rematriation efforts. Based in the central coast of present-day California, we are focused on Esselen, Salinan and Ohlone territories.
